经济学科关于毕业生学位服借用的通知（2023）
Announcement on borrowing caps and gowns（2023）
一、对象: 针对经济学科全体应届毕业生。
All Economics students can borrow academic dresses.
二、数量: 每人限借一套。
Each student can borrow one suit only.
三、押金
1.每套学位服借出时收取押金100元，归还时退还90元（扣除租金及清洗费用10元），以班级为单位统一收取和退还；若使用过程中造成缺失、破损等情况，从押金中扣除相应金额：帽子一顶15元；绶带一条15元；学位服一件70元。
A deposit of 100RMB will be charged upon loan of each academic dress, and 90RMB will be refunded when it is returned (Rent and clean 10RMB), which will be uniformly charged and returned by class；the deposit will be uniformly charged and refunded for each class. If the borrowed academic dress is lost or damaged, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the deposit：a caps costs 15 yuan each; a piece of ribbon costs 15 yuan; an academic gown costs 70 yuan.
2.借取时，请仔细核对学位服的型号及完好情况。每套学位服由学位帽、流苏、学位袍、垂布等四部分组成
Please check the academic dress carefully when borrowing. One completed suit should contain: a cap with a tassel, a gown and a v-stole.
四、借出与归还事项
1.借出时间：2023年5月29日（周一）至2023年6月1日（周四）15:00-18:00
Dates for borrowing the academic address:
15:00-18:00，May 29 to June 1
2.地点：经济学院N403 门口
Venue: Room N403, Economics Building
流程：
（1）由班级负责人根据模板填写本班学位服需求（按学号先后排序），于5月26日中午12点前发至邮箱1402862594@qq.com，并将本班所有押金以班级为单位交至许同学处，为方便退还押金，请添加微信账号:13969100179，并通过微信转账形式缴纳押金。
（2）领取学位服。领取时请自行搬运，具体每个班每个尺码的数量可能会根据库存情况合理分配。
（3）归还学位服。毕业典礼后归还，具体时间另行通知。
（4）退还押金。确认衣服归还且完好后，以班级为单位通过微信转账形式退回押金。
Procedures:
(1) The class leader shall fill in the requirements of the class's academic gown according to the template. Please send it to 1402862594@qq.com before 12 o 'clock on May 26. All the deposits of the class shall be paid to Xu by the class. For convenience of refunding of deposit, please add wechat account :13969100179 and pay the deposit through wechat transfer.
(2) Get the academic gown. Please carry it yourself when collecting it. The quantity of each size in each class may be reasonably allocated according to the stock situation.
(3) Return the academic gown. They will be returned after the graduation ceremony at a later time to be announced.
(4) Refund the deposit. After confirming that the clothes are returned and in good condition, the deposit will be returned by wechat transfer in class.
