经济学院与王亚南经济研究院关于毕业生学位服借用的通知
Announcement on borrowing caps and gowns
一、对象: 针对经济学院、王亚南经济研究院全体应届毕业生。
All WISE and SOE students can borrow academic dresses from the SOE Student Affairs Office.
二、数量: 每人限借一套，在归还已借出的学位服前，不得再次借用，凭学生证实名登记
Each student can borrow one suit per time. Students are not allowed to rent again before returning the borrowed one.
三、押金及清洗费
1.每套学位服借出时收取押金100元，归还时退还；若使用过程中造成缺失、破损等情况，包括学位服袋子丢失破损，押金不予退还；若超过使用时长仍不归还学位服，则押金不予退还。
Each student will be charged 100RMB as deposit. The deposit will not be returned if the student lose the cloth bag, or the borrowed academic dress is: (a) lost or damaged; (b) not returned in time
2.借取时，请仔细核对学位服的型号及完好情况。每套学位服由学位帽、流苏、学位袍、垂布等四部分组成
Please check the academic dress carefully when borrowing. One completed suit should contain: a black cap with a dark blue tassel, a (dark) blue gown and a pink v-stole.
3.为保证学位服能妥善保存、循环使用，每次回收后会外包清洗，特每套学位服归还时收取10元清洗费。
Each student will be charged 10RMB cleaning fee. The cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit when students return the academic dress.
四、借出与归还事项
1.借出与归还时间：自5月22日起至毕业典礼结束，每周一、周四，19:00-21:00，6月18日、19日14：30-17：00，遇到端午假期不值班，最迟6月19日归还学位服。
Dates for borrowing and returning the academic address:
19:00-21:00 Every Monday, Thursday, May 22 to June 15，
14:30-17:00, June 18 to 19
We are off-duty from May 28 to 30.You must return academic address before June 19.
2.地点：经济学院N402 B门门口（近南普陀一侧）
Venue: Door B, Room N402, Economics Building
3.流程： ①办理手续。在规定时间内携带学生证及押金（金额为借用件数*100，若用现金请用铅笔在钱上写好自己的姓名及学号；最好使用线上支付）至规定地点办理借用手续。
②领取学位服。领取时请自行搬运，大约每20套学位服需要1人。
③归还学位服。归还时请提前24小时与约麦尔同学（18859238809本科学位服）/徐益峰同学（18959218591研究生学位服）预约，方便值班同学准备退还的押金（6月18、19日这两天归还不需要预约）。请在借取时间段将学位服送还至经济楼N402B门门口处，并准备数额为借用件数*10元的清洗费（请同学们自行准备好零钱，以防值班的同学没有零钱找回；最好使用线上支付）。
④退还押金。在确认衣服完好、清洗费缴清后，值班同学会退回押金。
Procedures:
1. Please bring your student card or student book and the deposit to the designated place during the prescribed time period. Please use pencil to write your name and student ID on the note. You’d better to pay the deposit by using online payment like wechat pay or Ali pay.
2. Collect the academic dress.
3. Return after use. Please contact student Yue Maier (mobile: 18859238809) if you’re undergraduate or student Xu (mobile: 18959218591)if you’re postgraduate，1 day in advance to arrange time for returning the academic dress（You don’t need to arrange time if you return on June 18 and 19. Please get exact amount of the cleaning fee (10RMB) ready.
4. The student assistant will return the 100RMB deposit to you after checking.
