经济学院与王亚南经济研究院关于毕业生学位服借用的通知（2022）
Announcement on borrowing caps and gowns（2022）
一、对象: 针对经济学院、王亚南经济研究院全体应届毕业生。
All WISE and SOE students can borrow academic dresses.
二、数量: 每人限借一套。
Each student can borrow one suit only.
三、押金
1.每套学位服借出时收取押金100元，归还时退还，以班级为单位统一收取和退还；若使用过程中造成缺失、破损等情况，从押金中扣除相应金额：帽子一顶15元；绶带一条15元；学位服一件70元。
Each student will be charged 100RMB as deposit ,the deposit will be uniformly charged and refunded for each class . If the borrowed academic dress is lost or damaged,the corresponding amount will be deducted from the deposit：acapscosts 15 yuan each;a piece ofribbon costs15yuan ;a academic gown costs 70 yuan.
2.借取时，请仔细核对学位服的型号及完好情况。每套学位服由学位帽、流苏、学位袍、垂布等四部分组成
Please check the academic dress carefully when borrowing. One completed suit should contain: a cap with a tassel, a gown and a v-stole.
四、借出与归还事项
1.借出时间：2022年5月30日（周一）至2022年6月2日（周四）15:30-18:30
Dates for borrowing the academic address:
15:30-18:30，May 30 to June 2
2.地点：经济学院N402 门口
Venue: Room N402, Economics Building
流程：
①由班级负责人根据模板填写本班学位服需求（按学号先后排序），于5月26日中午12点前发至邮箱2850089573@qq.com，并将本班所有押金以班级形式交至甘同学，支付宝账号:18273138868。
②领取学位服。领取时请自行搬运。
③归还学位服。毕业典礼后归还，具体时间另行通知。
④退还押金。在确认衣服归还且完好后，以班级为单位退回押金。
Procedures:
①The class leader shall fill in the requirements of the class's academic gown according to the template. Please send it to 2850089573@qq.com before 12 o 'clock on May 26.All the deposit of the class should be paid to Gan, alipay account number: 18273138868.
②Get the academic gown. Please carry it yourself when collecting it.
③Return the academic gown. They will be returned after the graduation ceremony at a later time to be announced.
④Refund the deposit. After confirming that the clothes are returned and in good condition, the deposit will be returned to each class.
